Petroleum, petrochemical industry, and enterprises are basic and strategic industries for China's national economy and social development. The construction of information technology and communication engineering has a very important position and role in the development of petroleum and petrochemical industries. The implementation of the national guiding ideology on strengthening the integration of "informatization and industrialization" has an extremely important significance in petroleum and petrochemical systems. By accelerating the construction of information and communication engineering, we can fully enhance the core competitiveness of China's petroleum and petrochemical industries.
However, the current communication tools of the petroleum and petrochemical industries are still lagging behind. Some of them are simple walkie-talkies and do not have a well-functioning communication system. They cannot solve the following problems:
(1) The signal shielding of the central control room is severe, and the outdoor operator cannot maintain smooth communication with the control center.
(2) The leader of the organization calls each class. Each workshop employee must rotate the intercom channel button, which is very inconvenient.
(3) The channel is not busy, and the channels cannot be shared. The call efficiency is low.
(4) In the event of an emergency, it is impossible to call all people in time, lacking the ability to command and dispatch in a unified manner.
(5) The original system is often interfered with by other co-channel radios. Not only from inside the system but more from outside the system.
(6) Without the wired access function, the operator cannot call the office leader to call and cannot report important situations.

Solution 
In order to solve the communication needs of the petroleum, petrochemical industry, and enterprises and improve the efficiency of the operators, they achieve the purpose of responding to one-on-one actions in the operation class within the plant, and the unified command and multi-level dispatching in case of emergency. The construction is simple to use, powerful, and cost-effective. The wireless communication system is particularly important.
In response to the communication needs of the petroleum and petrochemical industries, we have developed a solution for the base station signal booster supporting the cluster system. The system construction is based on the following principles:
(1) According to the number of walkie-talkies used in the factory area, the number of trunk channels is determined, and the channel is dynamically allocated, which is shared by each team.
(2) According to the actual needs of the use of habits and the number of users to design a suitable grouping of the use of departments, different workshops, teams and groups of numbers, in order to meet the needs of different areas.
(3) The dispatch office is configured in the communications office or dispatch room to implement functions such as voice call, forced disconnection, strong insertion, monitoring, and traffic statistics.
The program adopts the MPT-1327 system product that has been matured by the company for more than 10 years. The system complies with the standard MPT-1327 signaling, is compatible with the MPT-1343 numbering plan, and meets the industry standard of the Ministry of Public Security. The "Regulations" require that system compatibility and scalability be strong, and that it be capable of fault weakening, and it should be the guiding ideology of "information integration with industrialization" to fully meet the communication needs of the petroleum and petrochemical industries.

Key points of the plan
